We're looking for friendly and reliable Reception & Cloakroom Attendants to support the team. You'll be working across our Reception and Cloakroom areas, handling ticketing and payments, managing cloakroom services, and selling concession items.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Providing excellent customer service
- Taking cash and card payments
- Accurately scanning tickets, and recording entry details
- Ensuring all cloakroom and concession procedures are followed correctly, and customer items are stored and returned safely
- Assisting security with lost property and confiscated items
Key skills:
- Previous customer service or cash-handling experience
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Typical shifts are Monday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday evenings, working 11pm to 4am, with extra shifts available on special events and bank holidays. You should be prepared to work weekends & late nights, as well as Pride, Halloween & Bank Holiday weekends.
Pay is £12.50 per hour, plus the ability to take early advances on your wages, staff perks and opportunities for career progression.
